Commission Terms Of Service

OVERVIEW

‣ These terms and conditions are subject to change. Please review this page each time you are obtaining a commission from me.
‣ Easily found credit is required for any platform commissions are used on. (Ex: Twitter bio, Twitch about, etc.)
‣ Commercial rights for Live2d models are already factored into the price.
‣ I have the right to decline any commission without question.
‣ Finished commissions may be posted on social media unless otherwise specified. Finished commissions may be used as examples or listed in my portfolio unless otherwise specified.
‣ Finished commissions may be posted to other websites by the commissioner with proper credit given.

PAYMENT

‣ I will not begin work on a commission until at least 50% of payment is received. This process may be flexible for returning clients, however.
‣ Payment will be sent through Paypal Invoices only. Prices are listed in USD.
‣ All commissions will be charged a 15.3% tax rate in accordance to self-employment tax.
‣ Prices listed are a baseline and can fluctuate based on complexity.

REFUND POLICY

A refund can be issued when:- the client has paid in full and has requested a refund before I could work on the commission. (100%)
- the client's commission has been terminated by the artist. (100%)
- the commission has incurred significant delays on the fault of the artist. (Variable%)After work has begun, 20-80% of the commission may be refunded depending on the level of completion.Refunds will be issued after I have discussed the final refund amount with the client.

WAITLIST AND COMMISSION ORDER

‣ Commissions are NOT accepted on a first come first serve basis.
‣ If I cannot work on your commission immediately or the commission is stalled for more than one week due to factors outside of my control, the next commission in my queue will be accepted.
‣ A commission may jump ahead of yours in queue once per commission due to priority payment.

PROCESS

‣ Expect a normal turnaround time of 1-2 months after payment is received. An initial progress update will be provided within the first two weeks.Up to 1 additional month may be needed on account of my health issues.Rigging commissions:
‣ Test rigs will be available only after full payment.
‣ Adjustments can be requested at any time during the rigging process.
‣ If you find an issue in your rig after completion, notify me within a month, and I'll be happy to adjust as needed.Art commissions:
‣ You will receive a watermarked sketch for initial approval. If you must request changes I ask you to do it at this phase.
‣ You will receive a low-res screenshot for final approval. Changes requested at this point must be minor, or of my own error.
‣ All finished commissions will be sent in their full resolution via Google Drive link, email, or Discord unless otherwise specified only after full payment is received.
